TK Elevator also has mobility solutions for high-rise buildings that meet the highest environmental, efficiency and profitability standards. Foremost among them is the TWIN system, Two cabs running independently one above the other in the same shaft. This saves space and material compared with conventional elevators.

Particularly high savings can also be made when modernizing hotels, office or residential buildings. Measurements made during various TK Elevator projects in America and Germany showed reductions in power requirements of up to 70%, and in some cases even higher.
