Workshop Assistant Manager

Job Location: Gbagada

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire workshop team for optimal productivity and out performance.

  • Coordinate the outsource team get work on time schedule given.

  • Prepare the PPM schedule and ensured parts availability before arrival of vehicle for service/plan maintenance, if to be done in JMG workshop.

  • Coordinate with spare store and ensure critical spare availability as per schedule plan.

  • Advise the corrective and predictive maintenance as when required for entire JMG fleet.

Workshop Supervisor/Coordinator 

Job Location: Gbagada

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the vehicles once arrive to workshop and communicate the end-users/concern departments via email with inspection report.

  • Workshop coordinator checks required spare parts for service & repair and request from store if not available in store than raise the request via HOD to procurement team.

  • Workshop coordinator plans Maintenance based on PPM schedule and ensure parts availability before arrival of vehicle for service/plan maintenance, if to be done in JMG workshop.

Workshop Procurement officer

Job Location: Gbagada

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive request form from workshop coordinator as per workorder.

  • Receive request for concern departments for necessary tools, Fixed Assets, and all other items.

  • Gets Quotation from suppliers, prepare price comparison spread sheet.

  • On based of approved negotiated quote raise the LPO to supplier.

  • Communicate the supplier for delivery of spare parts on based of negotiated and approved quote.

  • Check the order spare parts quality and confirm if spare parts under acceptable quality standard.

  • Handover the spare parts to store for inventory.

  • Find new reliable supplier/vendor to register.

  • Create master list of suppliers with supplier company name, contact person name, phone no. and emails with descriptions. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification - HND/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engr.

  • Experience – 7 to 15 years - worked in automobile service center/construction industries as procurement officer, must have known the local market and go getter to achieve the set targets mindset.

Workshop Shop floor Supervisor

Job Location: Gbagada

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Job Order from Workshop coordinator.

  • Allocate Job to routine maintenance/repair team based on JOB order.

  • Receiving Spare Parts from store based on the request.

  • Monitoring of work in progress in the workshop of each Vehicles.

  • Signing off JOB completion of each Vehicle after satisfactory test drive.

  • Update Vehicle Job card for Next service.

  • Handing Over Vehicles to Owners and ensuring end-user test and sign off the job order.

  • Receiving Vehicles from External Workshop check Condition and Test driver before handing over to end-users.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification - HND/Graduate in Automobile Engr.

IT System Administrator

Job Location: VI and Gbagada

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and application software

  • Install and configure print servers, shared printers, scanners and other network devices and peripherals

  • Identify and evaluate poor-performing systems and recommend corrective actions, upgrades, patches or

  • improvement as needed

  • Attend to help desk requests including hardware and software problems

  • Report malicious or suspicious activity on systems to Sr. System Administrator and IT Manager.

  • Maintain user access administration and register employees on biometric server

  • Perform systems monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware and software, server

  • resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of

Senior Credit Control Officer

Job Location: VI

Job Description:

  • Maintain and implement the company’s credit policies and procedures.

  • Prompt collection of WHT Credit notes and VAT receipts.

  • Ensure monthly deadlines are met as required.

  • Ensure customers pay on time and follow up on WHT Credit notes and VAT receipts through sending letters,

  • personal visits, phone calls, emails or other medium.

  • Undertake client accounts’ reconciliations as required.

  • Reconcile WHT and VAT debtors’ accounts.

  • Follow up on clients for credit notes, VAT receipts, WHT and VAT outstanding debts and resolve issues.

  • Liaise closely with sales department to ensure that credit issues are resolved smoothly.

  • Check and ensure all payments of WHT credit notes and VAT receipts are posted correctly.

Deputy Chief Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that report of the various units under its control are timely submitted on or before deadlines

  • Review Senior Accountants reports and follow up to ensure timely closures of identify discrepancies

  • Ensure accuracy of TB on related task before the locking dates

  • Advises on locking of inventory and ledger on or before deadline dates on related task

  • Submit report & schedules of Accounts under its supervision (costed shipments and shipment account heads, CTA analysis report for the month, fixed asset reconciliation with schedules of additions, disposals and write off, all costing and inventory received & costed during the month, prepayment & provision schedules.

  • Submit monthly report of Foreign main cash, main cash, petty cash count report, advances, and IOU.

  • Ensure post cost grid for WIP and internal assets are closed monthly and reported with accurate balances.

  • Supervises and ensure daily, quarterly, and yearly stock count reports and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

  • Ensures that petty cash & imprest account are timely re-imburse--- aim is to ensure that operational activities are not affected by lack of funds

  • Ensures that customer payments are timely receipted and accounted for within stipulated time- aim is to avoid delays in delivery and ensure customer satisfaction

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems

  • Exceptional knowledge in importation, cash management, fixed asset, CTA and branches imprest and account receivables customer receipt.

  • Managerial skills; must have or managed a large team of 8-15 members

Job description:

  • Invoicing of Foreign Goods Receive Note (GRN

  • Cross check the manual goods received with vendor invoice quantity to ascertain no shortage

  • Cross check that all charges posted on the PO level tally with attached documents

  • Cross check that all mandatory charges has been captured and all documents evidencing same attach

  • Post of shortages on foreign vendor/related party invoices arising from received goods

Job Description:

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, leads generation and conversion, sales to deliver channel sales KPIs

  • Develop, execute campaigns to meet financial objectives for the online business

  • Plan monthly marketing calendar (email concepts and copy, homepage rotations, promotions)

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve sales performance across eCommerce landscape

Minimum Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Plan receival of inventory in warehouses space wise

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee and direct preventive maintenance activities among the maintenance team.

  • Check daily and maintain the condition of all production equipment and machines.

  • Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.

  • Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

  • Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.

  • Responsible for setting up power supply; conduit and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines, including programmable controllers, while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools.

  • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected.

  • Ensure all electrically powered equipment and machineries are adequately powered, functioning and in good condition.

Job Description:

  • Assist Group IT Manager in defining and documenting network policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Oversee day-to-day network operations to facilitate uninterrupted business operations and improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end user satisfaction

  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.

  • Monitor and ensure reliable and stable Internet connectivity across all branches

Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Location: Lagos

 

Job Description:

  • Manage a variety of special projects for top Management for positive organizational impact. 

  • Serves as the MD’s administrative liaison to the company’s board of directors. Assists board members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed.

  • Analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.

  • Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis and reporting. Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.

  • Support the sales team by processing home appliances sales from bank staff. Follow up from start to finish i.e quotation to payment.

  • Budgeting for insurance and corporate social responsibilities projects and making allocations and expenses according to the approved budgets.

  • Working with Brokers to gather & review renewal information for corporate insurance arrangements, ensuring that the policy renewal is cost effective with broad policy cover. Identify new insurable risks within the business and make recommendations for effective management of the risks. Review and negotiate contractual insurance obligations placed on the organization.

  • Manage the liability claims notification process to insurers so that the insurers have sufficient information to investigate claims and monitor the process till final stage (claim payment).  Ensure that claims are redirected to process owners wherever possible and ensure the terms and conditions for insurance claims are clear and robust.

  • Identify and work with the safety/risk management team to create practices and procedures that ensure risks are managed effectively from an insurance viewpoint. Resolve insurance queries from departments and third parties.

  • Liaising with all stakeholders in the organization to be sure that all required licenses and agreements for the business are renewed and valid such as distributors/vendors agreements, TAX LICENSES, IMPORT LICENSES, INSURANCE, GOVT AGENCIES LICENSES etc.

Fleet Officer

Job Location: Lagos

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Tracking Vehicles based on daily scheduling of Delivery plan. And follow up with drivers from start to end.

  • Monitoring Vehicles going to Workshop and log on the fault and repair required,

  • Send Movement Report every 3 hour on where the Vehicles (Trucks and Hiab) are.

  • Responsible for organizing vehicles records.

  • Adequately report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles.

  • To maintain statistical reports, files and relevant records related to maintenance, repairs, depreciation, mileage, etc.

  • To analyze the requirements of the situation and to take effective and corrective action

  • To be able to work with minimum supervision, meet the scheduled timelines, and to plan and organize the work accordingly

  • Monitor and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize asset availability and cost effectiveness.

  • Monitor contractor performance, identify and report vehicle misuse, accident, and incident cases

  • Ensure all vehicles have updated documents.

  • Ensure all vehicles are washed and are in state presentable always.

  • BSc or its equivalent in any field.

  • Min 4-8 years of relevant working experience.
