This Cookie Policy explains how JMG Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.jmglimited.com/ and how you can control optional tracking.
Simply browsing the website does not mean that you consent to optional tracking. Optional tracking is enabled when you select Accept optional.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Websites may also use local storage, session storage, scripts and similar technologies to remember settings, provide security and measure website use.
Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session. Persistent storage can remain between visits until it expires or is cleared. These describe storage duration, rather than the purpose of a technology.
First-party cookies relate to the website you visit. Third-party cookies relate to other domains. Access depends on browser security rules and the technology used.
3. Essential technologies
Essential technologies support website operation, remember your privacy choices and help protect forms against spam and automated abuse. They are used independently of optional tracking consent.
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services, including Turnstile verification for forms. Security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and verification signals.
We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage under jmg_cookie_choice_v2. We treat that choice as valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. You may be asked sooner if you clear browser storage or use another browser or device. Expiry of the choice does not itself remove the stored record.
4. Optional analytics and advertising
If you select Accept optional, we enable optional tracking through Google Tag Manager and a direct Meta Pixel integration, including:
- Google Analytics: to measure website visits and interactions, including page views, successful enquiry submissions and contact-link clicks.
- Google Ads features: to support advertising measurement and attribution and, where configured, advertising personalisation.
- Statcounter: to provide website usage and visitor statistics.
These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and process technical and usage information. Their storage durations vary by service, configuration and browser settings. The 180-day period for our consent choice is not the lifespan of every tracking cookie.
We do not enable these optional services through our website before acceptance or on subsequent page loads while your saved choice is Reject optional.

- Meta Pixel: measures page views and successfully saved sales enquiries for Facebook and Instagram advertising. Diesel/Gas WhatsApp link clicks are measured separately and do not confirm that a message was sent. It loads only after optional tracking is accepted.

5. Accepting or rejecting optional tracking
The cookie panel offers two choices:
- Accept optional: enables the optional analytics and advertising technologies described above.
- Reject optional: leaves optional tracking disabled while essential website functions remain available.
You can submit enquiries and use our telephone, email and WhatsApp contact links without accepting optional tracking. Following a link to an external service is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.
Accepting optional tracking does not subscribe you to newsletters. Marketing subscriptions have a separate consent choice.
6. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Select Cookie settings at the bottom-left of the website to review or change your choice.
If you reject optional tracking after accepting it, the website reloads to stop the loaded tracking services. Finish any unsent form before changing this setting.
We also attempt to remove known tracking cookies accessible to our website. We cannot remove every cookie stored by another domain or information already received by a provider. You can use your browser settings to clear additional cookies and website data.
Withdrawing consent affects future optional tracking; it does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal.
7. Browser controls
You can use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, delete or block cookies and website storage. Clearing storage may remove your saved cookie choice, so the panel may appear again.
Blocking essential technologies may prevent security checks or some website features from working. Private browsing and browser restrictions may also affect how long your choice is remembered.
