JMG Completes High-Efficiency Kaeser Compressed Air Installation for Mamuda

JMG Limited (https://www.jmglimited.com/), a leading provider of integrated electromechanical and industrial solutions, has successfully completed the supply, installation and commissioning of a new Kaeser compressed air system for Mamuda.

The greenfield project required an entirely new compressed air infrastructure capable of supporting Mamuda’s production equipment without an existing system to build upon. The primary challenge was to deliver the required airflow, pressure and air quality while optimizing energy consumption, supporting reliable operations and providing sufficient capacity for future expansion.

Before proposing the solution, JMG Industrial conducted a comprehensive technical and operational assessment of the facility. This included an air-demand analysis, evaluation of peak and average consumption, operating-pressure requirements, equipment sizing, air-quality requirements, storage capacity, system reliability and anticipated future production demand.

Based on the assessment, JMG designed and delivered an integrated Kaeser compressed air solution comprising:

Two CSD 90 compressors
One CSD 130 compressor
Two TE 122 refrigeration dryers
One 2,000L Air receiver tank
Line filtration and ECO-DRAIN condensate management components

The completed system provides a total compressed air capacity of approximately 29 m³/min at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar.

The compressor configuration includes two 45 kW units, each delivering 8.45 m³/min, together with one 75 kW unit delivering 12 m³/min. The refrigeration dryers are rated at 16 bar and 12.5 m³/min each, helping maintain the required air quality for the facility’s manufacturing processes.

Reliable Compressed Air for Continuous Manufacturing



Compressed air plays a critical role in modern manufacturing facilities, directly supporting production machinery, pneumatic equipment and process reliability. An improperly sized or inefficient system can create pressure instability, excessive power consumption, unnecessary maintenance and production interruptions.

JMG’s engineering team therefore developed the installation as a complete system rather than supplying standalone equipment. The compressors, dryers, filtration equipment, condensate drainage and air-storage capacity were selected to operate together efficiently and deliver a stable supply of compressed air across the production facility.

The optimized configuration gives Mamuda a dependable compressed air platform for its current manufacturing requirements while retaining the flexibility needed to accommodate future production growth.

Following installation and handover, the equipment entered operation successfully, with the project completed in a coordinated and professional manner.



Successful Testing and Commissioning



The project was executed by JMG Industrial, the Air compressor division of JMG and completed on 24 July 2026. Following installation, the compressed air system underwent final commissioning and operational testing to confirm its performance, pressure stability and readiness to support the plant’s production equipment.
